In 1989, Brad Lindemann started Ambassador Solutions, an Indianapolis-based IT consulting firm, founded upon values to D.I.E. for—Dignity, Integrity, and Excellence. That’s why when asked what Ambassador's secret sauce is, Brad is quick to respond, "our uniquely inspiring culture. Were it not for our culture and God's amazing grace, we would have succumbed to one of the near-death corporate experiences we've had over the last 25 years. That's one of the reasons we are in business for life, not self.” Brad enjoys sharing his company’s “secret sauce” with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community leaders through writing, speaking and distributing his book, “Uniquely Inspiring Culture.” He graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University and holds an MBA from Taylor University. Brad and Elaine Lindemann are blessed with five children and seven grandchildren.
