A graduate of Princeton University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Roland is an inspirational servant leader with a heart for Christ and a mind for business. After 20 years in the corporate world (with IBM, Pepsi, and Goldman Sachs), Roland spent 11 years as president of National Fatherhood Initiative before joining Care Net in 2012 as president and CEO. Bernie found forgiveness in Jesus Christ after having abortions with two different girls while in his 20s. Bernie is now involved in post-abortive ministry to men and women grieving over decisions to abort their children. Bernie and his wife, Julie, have a son in college and are leveraging their time, treasure and talent to help end abortion by advocating for parents to choose life.
